Here is a great exercise to increase your upper body power. I love mixing in this exercise in the workouts that I write up for my clients, all over the world.
It is one of my favorites because you can isolate the "pushing" motion and compliment your strength training with it. The exercise is very similar to a "basketball chest pass" that we all did in gym class.
