Unused items may be returned within 30 days to receive refund. After 30 days, customer will receive store credit.
To receive refund of items returned, items must be returned with hang tags attached.
Items received without hang tags attached will not receive refund or store credit.
If the customer is sent the incorrect product or product size, or the product is damaged, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to the customer to send the product back for exchange, store credit or refund.
If the customer is returning the item(s) for other reason than stated above, the customer can send in their items at their cost for exchange, store credit or refund at their cost to the following addresses. Please be sure to note RMA number on shipping label. Refunds or store credit will not include shipping costs in these cases.

To Process a Return
To Return an item, log into you account and select the order in which you would like to return items. Click "Request Return" to start the return process. Please Read the Return Policy above before filling out return request.
